Flynas Airlines Baggage Allowance

The amount of luggage you are permitted to bring changes based on the ticket class you have bought. The baggage allowance on Flynas flights is 2x20kg for Premium Class, 1x30kg for Plus Class, 1x20kg for domestic flights and 1x30kg for some international flights in Value Class, and for Light Class the baggage is chargeable. Flynas Airlines Web Check-In and Boarding Pass

There are numerous options available to you if you want to check in with Flynas. You can check in at the Flynas counter and the kiosks at the nearby airport. For passengers flying out of Dubai International Airport or any other airport in Saudi Arabia, you can visit the Flynas website or download the mobile app to check in online. 

Check-in Flynas Domestic Flights

The online check-in window for domestic Flynas flights begins 48 hours before takeoff and concludes one hour before takeoff. If you are checking in at the airport it is advised to reach the airport 3 hours in advance.

Check-in Flynas International Flights

Check-in begins 48 hours before departure. The online check-in for Flynas's international flights ends two hours before departure. If checking in at the airport, passengers are advised to reach the airport 3 hours in advance.

Flynas In-flight Services

Passengers flying on Flynas booking have a 12-hour window in which they can pre-order meals, snacks, and salads for their in-flight meal. Additionally, travellers may ask the flight attendants for meals, snacks, and drinks while on board. The airline also has an in-flight magazine to entertain the passengers.

Flynas Frequent Flyer Programme: Nasmiles

The Flynas loyalty programme is known as nasmiles. The programme features a two-tier exclusive member rewards plan based on the SMILE Points earned when you have a Flynas ticket booking or service. You can begin redeeming and paying for flights and all other travel items offered by Flynas to enhance your trip once you have collected a minimum of 100 SMILE Points. 

There are no blackout days on earning or spending SMILE points. Prime members get an additional 50% on top of their base points for using the loyalty program.

Flynas On-board Support

Flynas online booking offers additional services to assist passengers. On-ground personnel offer wheelchairs and assistance with check-in at the airport. Customers can select the service as per their needs.

About Flynas Airlines Refund & Cancellation

If you have a Flynas flight booking in the Premium or Plus class, you may choose to postpone or cancel your flight by paying a small cost, up to 4 hours before departure.

Cancellations are not permitted for Flynas bookings in the Value or Light classes, but you can reschedule your trip for a small cost. Any reimbursement will be kept in a traveller's credit account for subsequent use.
